Our power suction minimizes the moisture used in the cleaning allowing them to be seemingly dry almost immediately. As a side note, caution should be taken if using steam mops. Lately many homes we have serviced have had sticky floors. Many times Its from steam mops loosening degrading the polyurethane. If this has happened to your home, only a complete sand and refinish will fix this. You should hire a competent professional for this type job as we don’t offer this at this time.

Do your wood floors look tired?  Do they not have the sparkle they once had?  Safe Solutions has a revolutionary wood process that can help restore the appearance of hardwood.  Our process does not require sanding, but uses a multi-step cleaning process that is followed by a new coat of urethane.  

Sanding and refinishing is an expensive, time-consuming, messy process.  Our wood floor system helps to fill in light surface scratches by bonding to the original polyurethane coat.  Many experts recommend refinishing every 7 years or so. Our process helps to extend that timeline as we add a new layer that is bonded to the original finish.   

There are some cases when sanding and refinishing is the only option.  Here are some instances:

• If the finish has been worn completely through.  An example would be where a kitchen trash can rubs through the finish; the spot in front of the kitchen sink; extremely high traffic areas, etc.  We do not apply stain, so if the stain is missing or if raw wood has been exposed, sanding and finishing is the only option.
• If there are deep scratches that penetrate through several layers of polyurethane.
• If the wood floor has sun fading where the finish has become an uneven color.
• If you have used a store bought wax/polish on the floor.

Air duct cleaning services:

Trust Safe Solutions to clean and sanitize your air ducts.  We utilize a gas powered truck mount system and compressed air to successfully remove allergens and contaminants from your air duct system.  We seal off your duct work, not allowing contaminates to spew into your home. We use a compressed air system to successfully remove dirt and contaminates from even the walls of your duct work without harsh brushes that can damage and cut duct work.   Be aware some discount/cheap air duct cleaners use portable vacuums that are rolled into your house that are similar to a shop vac.  This provides an inferior method of air duct cleaning.  After the vacuuming step is complete, we also fog your duct work with an antimicrobial product that helps to kill mold spores and bacteria.  This is accomplished using a professional fogging machine.
